Sugarplum Designs is a design-focused division of Sweetheart’s Dream LLC. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

Orders, Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms. Accepted payment methods may include:

By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount.

Refund Policy

Because Sugarplum Designs provides custom, time-based services, refunds are generally not provided once work has begun.

If a project is canceled before work starts, any refund eligibility will be outlined in the individual project agreement or proposal.

Specific terms related to payments, cancellations, timelines, and deliverables will always be communicated in advance and confirmed before a project begins.

Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If you purchase a subscription-based product or service, your subscription will renew automatically unless canceled.

You may cancel at least seven (7) days prior to the next billing date to avoid future charges. Access will continue through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

User Submissions

If the Site allows comments, inquiries, or other submissions, you agree that:

  • Your submissions are accurate and lawful

  • You do not violate the rights of others

  • You grant us permission to review and respond to your submission

We reserve the right to remove submissions that violate these Terms.
